Stock No. NMK-AJ-SilverChildJingleCones

Jingle cones are used to embelish dresses worn during jingle dances at Native American powwows. Traditionally, there are 365 jingles on a child's dress, one for each day of the year, but in modern times less jingles may be used.

Jingle cones, like any other musical instrument, come in different sizes, quality, tone, and pitch. Traditionally, jingle cones were made of Copenhagen snuff cans. These cones are already shaped and ready to use, and are available in a silver or gold finish. Attach by crimping to cloth fringe.

Just like the originals, these come complete with embossed printing on the metal. The cones shown are representative, the actual embossed pattern may vary from the ones shown. These jingle cones are approximately 2 1/4" (5.715cm) long. .

Priced each, but sold in multiples of 10.
