This dance staff is a representation of the power of Eagle and Buffalo. The faux eagle skull and foot are cast in resin from a mold made from a real eagle. The foot is meticulously hand painted.

This staff is wrapped with authentic buckskin with long fringes all along the mid-section and a braided handle or hanger. The buckskin fringes are decorated with more than 200 glass and brass beads and cones.

We make this dance staff for you when you order it, so allow about a week for construction time. You can choose the leather (shown in gold buckskin), feathers (shown in bronze turkey), cones, and bead colors (shown in Black/White) you prefer.

Many traditional Northern Pow Wow dancers carry a similar dance staff.

There are also three sections of genuine buffalo fur. It also has an ermine tail, a coyote tooth, a beaver claw, and a raccoon penis bone talismans.



This eagle dance staff is approximately 30" long from the tip of the head to the end of the foot. It is about 24" tall, measured at the bottom of the longest feathers.
