Joshua International has given a casting call for a feature film to be shot in 2008. This period piece is set in Tennessee and North Carolina in the mid to late 1700’s, the beginning of the Cherokee removal. This screenplay is based on an 8 1/2 year study. The film is Part 1 of a Trilogy that will end with Part 3 in 1842.
The producers are making every effort to stay true to the actual historical events, and are consulting with members of the represented Tribal Governments. This feature film will be shot in North Carolina and Louisiana.
