Stock No. NMK--SilverJingleCones

Jingle cones are used to embelish dresses worn during jingle dances at Native American powwows. Traditionally, there are 365 jingles on an adult woman's dress, one for each day of the year.

Jingle cones, like any other musical instrument, come in different sizes, quality, tone, and pitch. Traditionally, jingle cones were made of Copenhagen snuff cans. These cones are already shaped and ready to use, and are available in a silver or gold finish. Attach by crimping to cloth fringe.

Just like the originals, these come complete with embossed printing on the metal. The cones shown are representative, the actual embossed pattern may vary from the ones shown. These jingle cones are approximately 2 5/8" (6.6675cm) long.

Priced each, but sold in multiples of 10.

Not produced by or the product of a particular Indian or indian tribe as defined by 26 USA - 605 et Seq
