This hand beaded hair barette measures approximately 3" wide by 1 1/2" high. The barrette is backed with genuine smoke tanned buckskin and has a metal bar closure. This handmade barrette would be a unique addition to your regalia or would make a very special gift.

We bought this beadwork at Crow Fair last year from a Crow artisan. It is beaded with extra tiny square cut fire polish size 16 glass seed beads (16 beads = 1 inch of stitching) that sparkle in the sunlight.
