This medicine bag is made with a real buffalo horn that is lined with black buckskin and has a drawstring closure. The horn has been polished to a high shine.

The genuine buckskin neckstrap is braided for strength and comfort. The horn is approximately 2" X 7" and the braided neckstrap is 26" long.
