How do I pay with a credit card?
If you wish to pay with a credit card, select the Pay Pal option, and you can fill in your credit card information on that form. You do not have to have a Pay Pal account to make a payment with your credit card through Pay Pal. (However, it's free to open a Pay Pal account if you want one.)

Can I pay with an eCheck?
Yes, you can pay with an eCheck through PayPal. However, paying by this method will delay your order until the check clears our bank. This will usually create a delay of 10-14 days. Back to Top
Are all of your products made by an Indian artist?
If a product is made by a particular Indian artist associated with a recognized tribe, this information will be noted in the product description. Otherwise, the product is not Indian produced, an Indian product, or the product of a particular Indian or Indian tribe or Indian arts and crafts organization. Back to Top
How long will it take to get my order?
Orders paid with a Pay Pal transfer or credit card are usually processed within 48 hours. If you paid with an eCheck, this will delay processing until the check clears our bank, usually in 10 to 14 days.You should allow up to two weeks after processing to receive your order. Back to Top
Can you send me a catalog?
Because many of our items are hand made and one-of-a-kind, and our inventory changes frequently, we do not produce a paper catalog. However, we do have a Printable Catalog online which you can print out yourself. Where is your off-line store located?
The overhead of running a physical store is considerable. We have decided to close our off-line gallery and pass the savings in operation costs on to our customers. This enables us to sell our products to you at a lower price. We have been doing business on the web for over seven years. Back to Top

Can you ship internationally?
If an item can be shipped internationally, it will be noted in the product description. We do not ship many items internationally because 1)they are breakable and we cannot purchase shipping insurance for those items if they are going outside the US; 2)the product contains feathers or animal parts that are not allowed to be imported into that country; or 3)the cost of shipping is more than the cost of the product.
