Native American art has been around for more than 4,000 years, and sought after by collectors and given as gifts for special occasions for hundreds of years. While not all of our artists are federally recognized Indian Artists, according to the government's strict guidelines, (which only recognize members of federally or state recognized tribes and does not include unrecognized tribes or those of mixed cultural heritage), regardless of nationality, every piece of art carries a part of the artist's spirit who lovingly and skillfully created their interpretation of american indian art.
