We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you are dissatisfied with your order for any reason, return it in the original packaging, in unused condition within 14 days of receipt for a full refund of your purchase price, less shipping and handling charges. You must contact us using our Contact Us Form to make arraignments for any returns. Please do not take it upon yourself to simply return any merchandise without contacting us first, or you will void any and all return rights. We will provide instructions to you via email on how, when and where to return the merchandise.
Returns after the 14 day grace period will be charged a 25% restocking fee. Returns will NOT be accepted after 30 days.
While we are careful to package your order securely with lots of padding for safe shipment, accidents do sometimes happen on rare occasions. If your purchase arrives in damaged condition, DO NOT automatically return it without contacting us first and Save the original packing material and original shipping box until we send you instructions on how to proceed. We insure most shipments, and our insurance carrier may require us to show them the packing material we shipped the item in to get a reimbursement. In some instances, you can just email us a picture of the damaged item rather than returning it and incurring shipping charges, depending on what the item is. We will gladly give you a replacement or credit for any damaged items.
Out of Stock items will not be backordered. In the event an item is out of stock or discontinued, we will contact you to give you a choice of an alternate product substitution if we have something similar, or will issue a refund for that portion of your order, whichever you prefer. You can sign up for product notifications for any product you are interested in. We will then notify you if the item comes back in stock at a later date.
Many states have laws prohibiting posession of certain bird or animal parts, including feathers. It is your responsibility to make sure all materials used in an item are legal in the state where you live before ordering. When in doubt, contact your local Fish and Game Department. By ordering an item containing these materials, you agree we will assume no liability for any criminal or civil penalties that may arise, should you choose to ignore this warning.
Shipping and Handling Charges
Anywhere in the Continental US (lower 48 states)
If your ENTIRE order is going to the same address AND YOUR ENTIRE ORDER will fit in a 16" poster tube or a 9 x 11 USPS Priority Mail envelope, we will reduce your shipping charges to a Flat Rate of $6.95 after your order is processed. Because our shopping cart can't tell what will fit in a poster tube or Priority Mail envelope, it will compute your postage based on the total of your order, using the Chart Rate below. If we find your order will fit in either of these package sizes, we will refund you the difference between what the catalog computed and the flat rate of $6.95.
This generally means up to four 16x20 art prints (poster tube), or up to four 8x10 matted prints, or one framed 8x10 original, or small jewelry items, etc (Priority Mail envelope).
All other orders going to the continental US will be computed using the chart below.
We will ship your order by the most cost effective method, at our discretion, unless prior arrangements are made. Our standard shipping rates chart below is for UPS ground, FedEx Ground or US Postal Service 1st Class Mail. This will usually get your order to you within 7-14 days, excluding weekends and holidays.
Priority Mail envelopes usually arrive in 3-4 days, excluding weekends and holidays. Poster tubes go USPS First Class Mail and usually take 1-2 weeks to arrive.

If you prefer to have your order shipped by 2-3 day service, we can do that by special arrangement, but shipping charges will be substantially higher, and in many cases cost prohibitive. For example, rush orders from our warehouse go DHL 3 day RUSH, which carries a minimum charge of $20 - $25. WE DO NOT RECOMMEND USING DHL UNLESS ABSOLUTELY NECESSARY due to the cost. Examples: a $100 order can ship for $40-$50 DHL and a $1 order can ship for $20 - $25 due to the minimums. We will recompute shipping charges in those cases after the order is ready for shipment and let you know what the actual charge will be.
Alaska, Hawaii , Guam, Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands, APOs/FPOs, US Military Bases
Shipping costs are $20.00 MINIMUM or approx. 20% to 25% of the Order Total, whichever is greater, and ships USPS Air Mail Only, taking up to 2 weeks for delivery. Our Shopping cart will charge you the rate for the continental US. After your order is placed, we will notify you of the actual shipping charges and any difference owed before your order is shipped.
International Orders to all other locations
We regret that, due to various reasons, some of our products cannot be shipped internationally. The product descriptions in our catalog will note if an item can be shipped internationally.
Shipping costs for international orders are $20.00 MINIMUM or approx. 20% to 25% of the Order Total, whichever is greater, and ships USPS Air Mail Only, taking 2 to 5 weeks for delivery, depending on which country you live in. Our Shopping cart will charge you the rate for the continental US. After your order is placed, we will notify you of the actual shipping charges to your country and any difference owed before your order is shipped.
Additonally, many countries have restrictions on the importation of certain bird feathers, animal parts, and weapons such as knives and spears. It is your responsibility to check with your local customs to be sure the item(s) you are ordering are allowed into your country or state. By ordering items containing these materials, you agree we are not responsible for items seized by Customs Inspectors or State Inspectors, or any criminal or civil penalties that may arise from such importation.
Some countries also charge a Duty Fee on imported items. This is the responsibility of the buyer.
