Wickiups were a simpler form of a wigwam.
Wickiup
Wickiups were a simpler form of a wigwam. They were
made from reeds, grass, or brush covering a simple frame of bent branches.
Wickiups, like other Native American homes had a fire pit used for
warmth. Most cooking was done outside the wickiup.
